Compensation is based primarily on experience and qualifications.
In addition, our secretaries are also considered for a discretionary
year-end bonus based on their contribution to the firm's
success. The
benefit package for full-time employees includes full medical,
dental and vision coverage for the employee, with the employee
responsible for the cost of dependent coverage; a 401(k)
retirement plan in which the firm matches employee contributions
and a profit-sharing plan that vests at the rate of 20% per
year; covered parking; group life and long-term disability
plans; and a Section 125 flexible spending plan, which allows
the employee to use pre-tax dollars to pay certain expenses,
including child care and uncovered medical expenses. We
do not have a current need for additional staff, but always
accept inquiries in the event that such future needs arise.
