Paralegals

array of pretrial and trial activities and assist our attorneys
in the various settings in which we practice. Firm
benefits for paralegals include full medical, dental and
vision coverage for the employee, with the employee responsible
for the cost of dependent coverage; a 401(k) retirement plan
in which the firm matches employee contributions and a profit-sharing
plan that vests at the rate of 20% per year; covered parking;
payment of professional dues; group life and long term disability
plans; and a Section 125 flexible spending plan, which allows
use of pre-tax dollars to pay child care and uncovered medical
expenses. Paralegal
compensation is based on years of experience. Paralegals
are also considered for a discretionary year-end bonus based
