Mr.
Rensch has been litigating since 1975. He has done several
jury trials and, in recent years, has handled litigation
involving banking, trucking, personal injury, civil rights,
elder abuse, real property, commercial disputes, education,
law enforcement, defamation, and the media. Mr.
Rensch received his BA from Williams College in Massachusetts,
and his law degree from the University of Southern California.
At USC, he also served as Executive Editor of Student Notes,
and published his own work. After graduation, Mr. Rensch
clerked for Judge William P. Gray of the Central District
of California. Mr. Rensch was, for 12 years, the founder
and managing partner of his own firm, Rensch, Walker &
Harper. Mr.
Rensch has been working full-time with Meyer, Hendricks &
Bivens since October 2003, and became of counsel to the firm
in April 2004. Mr.
Rensch is admitted to practice in the Arizona and California
(presently inactive) state bars, as well as the Central District
of California, the District of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit
Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
