Michael
Ross practices in the areas of commercial, employment, healthcare, and general
litigation. Mr. Ross has represented clients in bench and jury trials, appeals,
arbitrations and administrative hearings in a wide range of disputes, including
claims involving contracts, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, trade
secrets, professional licensing/peer review, partnership and limited liability
company dissolution, probate, real estate, and construction defects. Mr.
Ross received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin
in 1991, and graduated magna cum laude from the Gonzaga University School of Law
in 1995. After law school, Mr. Ross clerked for Senior United States District
Judge Justin L. Quackenbush of the Eastern District of Washington. Mr.
Ross joined Meyer, Hendricks & Bivens in 1997 after his clerkship, and has
been with the firm since then, except between February 2002 to July 2003, when
he worked for Baron & Budd, P.C. in Dallas. Mr. Ross rejoined Meyer, Hendricks
and Bivens as a member of the firm in July 2003. Mr.
Ross is admitted to practice in Arizona and Texas, as well as the Ninth Circuit
Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona,
the Northern District of Texas, and the Southern District of Texas.
