Paul
L. Stoller practices primarily in the area of complex commercial litigation. Since
joining the firm in 1996, Mr. Stoller has participated in various civil litigation
actions in both trial and appellate courts, including professional liability,
contract, securities fraud, officer and director liability, intellectual property,
medical malpractice, insurance coverage and antitrust cases. Mr.
Stoller graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona College of Law
in 1995, where he attained the Order of the Coif. At the University of Arizona,
Mr. Stoller was Managing Editor of the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative
Law in 1994 and 1995. After law school, Mr. Stoller clerked for the Honorable
Philip Toci of the Arizona Court of Appeals. Mr. Stoller obtained his Bachelor
of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 1992. Mr.
Stoller is admitted to practice in Arizona, as well as the United States District
Court for the District of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Full
