Michael
K. Dana practices in the area of business litigation, with
a focus on complex contractual matters. Mr. Dana has represented
clients in disputes involving franchise agreements, corporate
buyout agreements, real estate transactions, UCC transactions,
employment agreements, copyright infringement, and securities.
Mr.
Dana is the President of the State Bar of Arizona Young Lawyers
Division, the Patrons Chair of the State Bar of Arizona Annual
Convention Committee, and a member of the State Bar Professionalism
Task Force. He is a member of the Arizona, Maricopa County,
and American Bar Associations. Mr.
Dana earned his law degree in 1998 from the University of
Arizona, where he served as Executive Note Editor of the
Arizona Law Review. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree,
summa cum laude, from Arizona State University in 1995. After
law school, Mr. Dana served as a law clerk to the Honorable
Philip E. Toci, Chief Judge of the Arizona Court of Appeals. Full
