Kirsten
Copeland practices general commercial litigation, with
an emphasis on water law, administrative law and matters
involving public service corporations and public utilities.
Ms. Copeland received her law degree from the University
of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2002. During
law school, she served as a Staff Writer for the Arizona
Journal of International and Comparative Law and was
a member of the Moot Court National Team and Board.
She also served as Representative and later President
of the Graduate & Professional Student Council.
Ms. Copeland was named the 2001-2002 recipient of the
Joseph M. Livermore Service Award by the Law College
Association.
Prior to law school, Ms. Copeland worked as a precious
metal exploration geologist in Alaska, Nevada, Idaho
and Argentina. She received her Master's degree in Geology
from Michigan Technological University in 1992, and
her Bachelor's degrees in both Biology and Geology from
Washington State University in 1988 and 1989 respectively.
Ms. Copeland is admitted to practice in both state and
federal courts in Arizona.
