Jennifer
Nore has been practicing law since her graduation from
law school and admission to the bar in 1977. During that
time, Ms. Nore has been active in complex litigation matters
including antitrust, copyright, patent, and trade secret
litigation, the prosecution and defense of restrictive
covenants, and a wide variety of complex commercial litigation
including securities and real estate transactions and
other commercial disputes.
Ms.
Nore received her law degree magna cum laude in 1977
from Arizona State University College of Law where she
served as Articles Editor of the Law Review. She received
her Masters degree from the University of Toledo in
1971 (M.Ed.) and her undergraduate degree from Albion
College in 1970 (B.A.).
Ms.
Nore was a visiting lecturer at the Beijing Institute
of Foreign Trade and has served as a faculty member
at various National Institute of Trial Advocacy trial
training programs. She is included in the Best Lawyers
of America.
Ms.
Nore is admitted to practice in Arizona and the Ninth
Circuit Court of Appeals.
