Ed
Hendricks, Jr. practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation and tort
litigation with special emphasis in professional liability, including medical
malpractice, wrongful death and personal injury. He also practices in the securities
arena, primarily handling customer complaint disputes in front of The National
Association of Securities Dealers. Since joining the firm in 1997, Mr. Hendricks
has actively participated in several bench and jury trials, and has represented
clients in disputes involving contracts, securities transactions, insurance coverage
and bad faith claims, real estate transactions, officer and director liability,
and construction defects.
Mr. Hendricks received his undergraduate degree from UCLA in 1992 and obtained
his law degree from Arizona State University College of Law in 1995. He is a member
of the Arizona and Maricopa County Bar Associations, American and Arizona Trial
Lawyers Associations, and is on the executive committee of the negligence and
personal injury section of The Maricopa County Bar. He is admitted to practice
in Arizona, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Arizona
and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr.
Hendricks became a Member of the firm on January 1, 2003.
