Amanda
Crutchfield joined the firm in 2003 after completing a clerkship with Judge Ann
A. Scott Timmer of the Arizona Court of Appeals. Ms. Crutchfield practices primarily
in the area of complex commercial litigation. Ms.
Crutchfield received her law degree in 2002 from Arizona State University College
of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Crutchfield served as a judicial extern
for Judge Jon W. Thompson of the Arizona Court of Appeals. She also participated
in the Criminal Practice Clinic, in which she represented the State of Arizona
in misdemeanor cases such as DUI and assault. In addition, Ms. Crutchfield served
as a Westlaw representative; her duties included aiding students in formulating
legal searches on Westlaw. Ms.
Crutchfield obtained her Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, magna
cum laude, from Arizona State University. Ms. Crutchfield also obtained a minor
in Japanese, and an International Business Certificate. Ms.
Crutchfield is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Arizona.
