Brendan
A. Murphy practices primarily in the areas of labor &
employment law and complex commercial litigation. Mr.
Murphy recently joined the firm in 2002.
Mr.
Murphy graduated in 2002 from Northeastern University
School of Law, in Boston Massachusetts. While attending
Northeastern, Mr. Murphy served as a judicial intern
to the Honorable Theodore H. Katz, Chief Magistrate
Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern
District of New York in Manhattan, New York, as well
as served as an intern to Assistant United States Attorney
Barbara Healy-Smith of the United States Attorney's
Office for the District of Massachusetts in Boston,
Massachusetts. Mr. Murphy obtained his Bachelor of Science
degree, cum laude, from Arizona State University (Tempe,
Arizona) in 1997.
Mr.
Murphy is admitted to practice in both state and federal
courts in Arizona.
